Visions In Action, Inc. strictly prohibits the unauthorized solicitation of its members and guests at ANY of its On-Line and In-Person events.
No Spamming
SPAM: Superfluous Pieces of Additional Mail
Attendees and Members agree they will not add any individuals or companies to their email lists without the express consent of the individual or company and agree to be in compliance with the CAN-SPAM ACT as promulgated by the Federal Trade Commission.
Event Attendee Acknowledgement
Attendee acknowledges that Visions In Action, Inc. has invested substantial time and resources to create and produce their events.  Attendee agrees to support Visions In Action, Inc. and honor the terms and conditions to participate.
Violation of our no solicitation policy can result in the immediate cancellation of all Visions In Action, Inc. memberships, events, and programs, without refund, and/or the banning of the violator from any future participation in Visions In Action, Inc.
No Refunds
You may cancel your Visions In Action, Inc. membership or event registration at any time. Not being able to use your membership or attend an event you have registered for, will not constitute grounds for a refund. In the event of severe weather, natural disaster(s), Acts of God, sickness/disease or circumstances beyond our control, Visions In Action, Inc.  reserves the right to reschedule any event/activity or move the event location, at their sole discretion, without issuing a refund.
As provided for by Florida law, all purchases for services have a three-day right to cancellation by the purchaser. Notice of desire to cancel MUST be given in writing and within three business days from the date of the transaction. Cancellations requested outside of the three-day right of rescission will not be honored, and no cash refund will be given.
Price Information
Any fees displayed on the NancyMatthews.com or Visions In Action, Inc.'s website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to increase the price of products and services on a regular basis. If this would be related to services subscribed by existing members, members will be informed in advance.
Recurring Payment Authorization (Credit Card/Debit Card)
By applying for recurring payments, Customer accepts these terms and conditions authorizing Visions In Action to charge the credit card or debit the debit card account that Customer has specified in the amount of the balance due as part of Customer’s program purchase. Customer agrees that the payment card specified for automatic bill payments is, and will continue to be, an account that Customer owns, and that Customer will maintain sufficient availability under Customer’s credit card limit, or sufficient funds in the account linked to Customer’s debit card, as applicable, to pay Customer's bill.  The automatic charge to Customer’s credit card or debit to Customer’s debit card account will occur on or after the  payment due date. Once the payment has been processed, Customer will receive an electronic (email) notification that payment has been applied to Customer’s card for the sum of Customer’s partial payment due from Visions In Action. 
These terms and conditions will constitute Customer’s copy of Customer’s recurring payment authorization to Visions In Action. Customer should print and retain a copy of this recurring payment authorization for Customer’s records.
Recurring Payment Authorization
Customer may cancel its recurring payment authorization to Visions In Action at any time. However, Customer acknowledges and agrees that it must pay in total any remaining balance of their fees for their Initial Term or any Renewal Term prior to the time of such cancellation. If Visions In Action, Inc. does not receive full payment within five (5) business days of such cancellation, Customer hereby authorizes Visions In Action, Inc. to charge their credit card or debit Customer’s debit card account in the amount of the remaining balance of Customer's payment obligation.

Indemnity

Issuance of Passwords

Visions In Action, Inc.k online groups are provided as an added service only. They are not intended to be a member benefit. Causes for dismissal of an online group can be the result of, but not limited to, participating in the following behaviors:

Posting commercial comments that do not follow the guidelines posted by the Administrator.
